Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please tell us about any cancellation in writing by email or WhatsApp. The charges below are counted from the day we receive your message, before the start date of your trip.
Day tours and excursions
- More than 24 hours before the tour: free cancellation and a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-show: 100% of the tour price.
Packages and Nile cruises
- 30 days or more before arrival: full refund, less any costs that cannot be recovered, such as domestic flight tickets that have already been issued.
- 15 to 29 days before arrival: 25% of the trip price.
- 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the trip price.
- Less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the trip price.
2027 solar eclipse trips
Because places on the eclipse trips are limited and hotels require early payment, special conditions apply to the Luxor and Siwa eclipse departures.
- 60 days or more before departure: full refund, less bank charges.
- 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the trip price.
- Less than 30 days before departure, or no-show: 100% of the trip price.
- Your place can be transferred to another person free of charge at any time; just send us their passport details.
Changes to your dates
If you move your trip to new dates instead of cancelling, we will do our best to transfer your payment without a charge, depending on availability and on the conditions of hotels, cruise ships and airlines.
Unused services
There is no refund for services that are included in your trip but not used, for example if you leave a tour early or skip a visit.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid, or an alternative trip if you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed. Bank and card fees charged by payment providers may be deducted.
