Tour Overview

On 2 August 2027 the Moon will cover the Sun completely over Siwa Oasis for around five and a half minutes – one of the longest totalities of the century. This short trip takes you from Cairo to the Western Desert to watch it from a quiet viewing site among the dunes, far from city lights and crowds.

You travel by private air-conditioned vehicle with a guide, stay two nights in the oasis and explore Siwa’s salt lakes, palm gardens and ancient temples around the big moment. Certified eclipse glasses are provided for everyone.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a visa for Egypt?

Most nationalities can buy a 30-day visa on arrival at Cairo airport for US$25, or apply online for an e-visa before travelling. Our representative meets you before passport control and helps with the process.

When is the best time to visit Egypt?

October to April is the most comfortable season for sightseeing, with sunny days around 20–28°C. Summer is hot in Luxor and Aswan but perfect for the Red Sea, and we adjust touring hours to early mornings.

Are your tours private?

Yes. Unless a tour is marked as a small-group departure, you travel only with your own party, with a private guide and air-conditioned vehicle.

Can I change an itinerary?

Every itinerary is a starting point. Add days, swap hotels, include a balloon ride or a beach stay – tell us what you would like and we will send an updated plan and price.

How do I book and pay?

Send a booking request from any tour page. We confirm availability and the final price by email or WhatsApp. Nothing is charged until you have approved the plan.
